Jarell Carter brings a wealth of experience and passion to Momentum Fitness Retreat. With a background as a professional football player, including stints with the Arizona Cardinals and Las Vegas Raiders, Jarell knows what it takes to excel at the highest levels of sport. His journey from collegiate football at Trinity International University, where he earned All-American honors, to the NFL showcases his dedication and resilience.

Jarell’s transition from professional athlete to fitness coach was driven by a desire to help others achieve their own fitness goals and transformations. At Momentum Fitness Retreat, he combines his extensive knowledge of athletic training with a holistic approach to health and wellness. Jarell believes in the power of fitness to transform not just the body, but the mind and spirit as well. He is committed to helping retreat participants push past their limits, achieve their fitness aspirations, and leave the retreat with a renewed sense of confidence and vitality.

Born in Ghana, George moved to the United States at the age of twelve, facing and overcoming significant cultural adjustments and challenges. His journey to fitness began in high school where his natural athleticism and dedication to hard work led him to play Division 1 football at the University of Houston.

Post-college, George channeled his drive and resilience into building Heuristic Fitness, a brand that emphasizes personalized fitness programs and holistic wellness. His innovative approach and relentless commitment quickly gained him a loyal following on social media, where he shares insights and motivation daily. Notably, his expertise caught the attention of celebrities like Ludacris, whom he now trains, further cementing his reputation in the fitness community.
